Please read all the instructions in your instruction manual. After pre-heating the oven, insert your food and close the pressure lock and steam vent. Before opening the oven, make sure to release the steam vent. Use caution, food and oven may be hot.
The green “ready light” Illuminates when the oven has preheated to the set temperature, and will cycle on and off during the cooking cycle while maintaining the set temperature.

For better results you should always bake food that has been thoroughly thawed. The only exception to this is rule is when baking packaged frozen dinners and or pizzas. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for required time.
Most standard baking pans and casserole dishes are suitable for the Wolfgang Puck Pressure Oven. Choose bakeware made of metal, oven-proof glass or ceramic. The width should not exceed 14 inches and the depth should not exceed 12 inches.
Many convenience foods are packaged in nonmetallic containers suitable for use in microwave ovens as well as regular ovens. Check package directions carefully to determine if the container is suitable for use in a regular oven.
Slide the solid end of the rotisserie rod through the center of the food and place the tine on facing the roast. Adjust the roast so that it is centered tighten the screws. When cooking poultry, it is necessary to secure legs and wings to the body with string to make the roast as compact as possible for smooth movement of the rotisserie. Please the drip pan on the rails to catch dripplings.
Put the solid end of the rod in the drive socket on right interior wall of the oven. Place the grooved end on the rotisserie on the left interior wall of the oven. When your roast is complete, use the rotisserie removal tool to safely remove the hot food.
Ensure that you oven is unplugged and all parts are cool prior to cleaning.
Do not clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces can break off the pad and touch electrical parts, creating a risk of electric shock. Do not immerse cord, plug, or housing of the oven in water or other liquids. The interior of you oven can be cleaned with a damp soapy cloth. For stubborn stain you can apply some oven cleaner to a damp sponge or cloth. Do not attempt to move heating elements during cleaning.

The vent release valve lies loosely on the valve stem by design. When setting, grasp the finger grip and move the pointer to desired position, either vent or seal. During cooking, you may hear air escaping from the vent release valve. This is normal!

Our offices and fulfillment centers are closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Our Customer Service Center is only closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Wolfgang Puck Pressure Oven, return it within 60 days of the original shipment date listed on the packing slip. To make a return, contact our Customer Service Center for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and include this number on the outside of your return package.
Returns sent with an expired or no RMA number may be refused and/or replacements could be delayed. Please pack the Wolfgang Puck Pressure Oven securely; all parts and instruction manuals must be included. Shipping, handling, and preview/trial fees are not refundable. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns past 60 days. Please do not ship the product to us as no refund will be issued.
We will issue a credit to your original form of payment as soon as we receive and process your return. The actual time it takes for you to receive that refund depends on the length of transit time for the product to arrive at our facility. If we are refunding your credit card, it is up to the discretion of the card issuing company as to when your refund will become available once we process it.
