Breakthrough Cooking Technology
The Wolfgang Puck Pressure Oven is equipped with Flavor Infusion Technology™ — a breakthrough in cooking featuring a moisture-sealed, low-pressurized chamber that infuses heat, flavor, and moisture into your food. Nothing escapes allowing you to make the most moist, flavorful meals you’ve ever had!
Pressure Mode: The Pressure Oven’s chamber locks in heat and moisture under low-pressure, concentrating flavors and making it virtually impossible to dry out or ruin your food, while cooking up to 70% faster.
Standard Mode: Cooks just like your traditional conventional oven, while using a fraction of the energy!
Easy to Use!
Poultry cooks in a third of the time. Roast pork and beef are finished in half the time. Get sweeter roast vegetables more quickly. Even your favorite casseroles and baked goods cook faster than normal in this ideal cooking environment.
1. Set the mode — bake, toast, roast, broil, or warm. The oven will quickly preheat
2. Add your food, close the door and lower the sealing lever
3. Place the vent release valve in the seal position
4. Set the timer and go — no more “Oops! I burned the meal,” as the oven turns off automatically at the end of the cook time
5. When your meal is ready, rotate the vent release valve to vent, wait until the steam has released and open the door
6. ENJOY a super-flavorful, healthy meal!
Toast – Roast – Bake – Broil – Re-heat in a fraction of the time!
